The EUDAMED UDI/Devices module becomes mandatory on 28 May 2026. From this date, manufacturers must register all new devices before placing them on the EU market.

Need a hand navigating the system, particularly the UDI module?

Advena is offering live, interactive virtual support tailored specifically to the EUDAMED UDI Module. In a face-to-face virtual consultation, a real expert will sit down with your team to guide you through the system step-by-step. We’ll make sure your access permissions are set up perfectly and walk through the device registration process together.

What is included:

  • A one-hour, fully interactive virtual call with an experienced consultant and your team.

  • A walkthrough of your user access permissions to ensure the correct setup (certain permissions are strictly required for the UDI module).

  • Help sorting out user access requests (please ensure other admin users are on standby in case access needs to be granted during our call).

  • Real-time Basic UDI registration using one of your actual devices as a live example.

  • Step-by-step guidance through UDI-DI and device registration under the Basic UDI.

  • Open Q&A throughout the session so you can ask questions as we go.

What you’ll need before the session:

  • An active EUDAMED login (Actor registration must already be complete).

  • All registered users present on the call to review their permissions.

  • At least one device to use as our live registration example.

  • Your Declaration of Conformity, IFU, Basic UDI, and UDI-DI number to hand.

Who needs to attend:

  • Your team: We highly recommend having more than two EUDAMED users on the call, just in case any access permissions need to be changed on the spot.

  • Advena: Your friendly, EUDAMED-experienced consultant, ready to help you build confidence in navigating the system.
