- Exceptional Responsiveness and Reliable Advice: You repeatedly praised the speed and promptness of our responses, with staff described as providing “always fast responses, and helpful” and “quick response time with helpful information.” Our advice was consistently described as “reliable,” “very competent,” and “always, timely, comprehensive and helpful.”
- A Focus on Partnership: We were particularly pleased that many of you valued the pragmatic, human approach our team takes, specifically noting that dealing with the Advena team can be “the smoothest part of my regulatory work.” We understand the challenges smaller companies face with expensive and complex regulations and strive to balance compliance with commercial reality.

- Advanced EU Compliance: Training focused on practical skills like EUDAMED, Post Market Surveillance (PMS), and Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER).
- Affordable Options: A strong request for “Affordable Online Training programs for small business organizations,” confirming our commitment to accessible regulatory education for everyone.
Training services will be a primary focus for development, ensuring we offer the practical, timely courses you need to navigate compliance changes effectively.

You also offered practical suggestions on how we can refine our current operations:
- Closer Collaboration on Updates: The suggestion to have a “Monthly Meeting to review upcoming MHRA changes like UKCA” is an excellent idea we will actively explore, as it aligns with our goal of keeping you ahead of the regulatory curve.
- Addressing Growth: We will review the feedback regarding potentially adding more resources to the Medical Device team to ensure our responsiveness remains fast and consistent, especially as your compliance needs grow.
